The Team Leader’s Role

Often in fast growing organizations successful individual team members are quickly promoted to management or leadership positions with very little training. It is common for these team members to struggle as they grow into their new roles. One emerging significant trap is the generational divide.  A strong leader must motivate and communicate with all team members to align their strengths for the highest performance.  This leader supports the culture and strengthens employee engagement.  Our coaching provides assistance with this transition as participants learn best practices and solutions to help them become active listeners, successful communicators and hence influential leaders for your company.

Assessments

Energy Leadership Index (ELI)

The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is a one-of-a-kind attitudinal assessment. It enables individuals to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. VIA Character Strengths 

The Via Character Strengths (ViaCS) assessment provides a wealth of information on your core characteristics by focusing on your best qualities. This assessment is a simple yet compelling tool to create positive change for individuals and teams alike. VIA Character Strengths is a central tool in positive psychology and is available for individual and team assessments. Forbes “Best Tests To Help You Understand Your Strengths And Weaknesses” lists ViaCS along with the ELI. It has been used in hundreds of research studies.  ViaCS taken by over 5 million people in over 190 countries resulting in better teams and workplaces.
